Cut the broccoli into chunks and steam them in boiling water for about 15 minutes until they soften.
Then remove them from the heat, strain them and allow them to cool.
Add salt, mayonnaise and crushed garlic to the cooled broccoli. Stir well so it can absorb the spices.
Finally, add the yogurt. It is desirable for it to be left at least an hour in the refrigerator, in order for the aromas to mix.
