  • onion - 2 onions
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • sour cream - 2 cups
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • parsley - 5 - 6 stalks

How to make

Peel an onion, grate it and fry it in butter. Add the flour and once it is fried, add the white wine, while stirring constantly.

Put the frog legs in the sauce, sprinkle them with salt and pepper and leave the dish on a moderate heat until the legs have completely softened.
