Ingredients

  • fat - 1/4 cup, chicken
  • potato flour - 2 tbsp
  • water - 4 cups
  • mint - 3 fresh leaves
  • saffron - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 1/2 tsp
  • onions - 2 heads, finely chopped
  • garlic - 7 cloves
  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 2, whisked
  • coriander - 2 tbsp, ground seeds
  • black pepper - 1 tbsp, ground
  • biscuits - 1 tsp, crushed, salted

How to make

Melt the fat and fry the flour in it until browned. Add the potato flour, water, mint leaves, saffron, pinch of salt, 1 onion and 4 cloves of garlic and let them come to a boil. Stir from time to time.

Meanwhile, prepare the meatballs. Knead all the ingredients. The meatballs must be the size of a walnut. Let them simmer for 30-40 minutes in the sauce, until the meat is cooked.
