How to make
Boil the chicken hearts. Cut the mushrooms and onions into crescents, then put the onions in to fry until golden. Add the mushrooms to them, later. They should fry on high heat, so as not to release a lot of water and pulp.
Finally, add the hearts and flavor them with spices. The entire mixture is poured into a stew, topped with chunks of melted cheese. Put a lid on and let it bake for about 25 minutes in a moderate oven.
Serve with mashed potatoes and sliced tomatoes.
