How to make
We clean the chicken hearts, then wash and dry them with kitchen roll.
We take a container in which we pour soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, oregano and black pepper.
Mix all this well and add the chicken hearts to the resulting marinade and leave them to marinate for 2 hours.
Peel and chop the onion.
We put a pan with oil on the stove and let it heat up. Add the onion and the strained chicken hearts.
We save the marinade and do not throw it away.
Let them fry for a short time, then pour the marinade.
Cover the pan and let the chicken hearts stew for about 25-30 minutes.
We strain the juice from the lemon and pour it over the beer appetizer.
The marinated chicken hearts with honey and onions are ready.
