How to make
Boil the chicken hearts in salted water for 20-25 minutes. We have to cook them very well, because the marinade makes them tougher.
The marinade is prepared in the following way:
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, oregano and black pepper.
Mix all of this and add the hearts in it for about two hours.
When the time is up, take out the marinated hearts.
Put the butter in a pan and after it melts, add the hearts and fry them.
Add the marinade to them and stew them for another 30 minutes.
Leave them that way, until they're left in fat. Add paprika and stir.
Serve them warm and drizzled with lemon juice.
