How to make
Wash and clean the chicken hearts. Make a light incision in the lower part of the hearts.
Put the soy sauce in a bowl, pour the hearts in it and refrigerate them for about 60 minutes.
Wash the chicken hearts again. Roll them in flour and fry them in very hot oil.
Take them out and pour them with the melted butter. Season the appetizer with salt and black pepper or according to your taste preferences.
The unique chicken hearts with soy sauce are ready.
