How to make
Wash and clean the duck hearts. Make a cut through the middle without going all the way to the end.
Season them with salt, black pepper, seasoning and soy sauce. Leave them for about an hour to soak up the marinade.
Turn on the grill and cook them on both sides. Put the prepared hearts in a pot, add the marinated mushrooms and leave for about 15 minutes to soften.
Serve the beer appetizer with lemon.
