How to make
Place the turkey meat on two pieces of cling film and pound them, in order to make the steaks thinner.
Rub the meat with black pepper and salt, pour the milk and leave them for several hours.
Strain the turkey steaks from the mixture.
Mix the oil with the soy sauce, honey and the pressed garlic cloves.
Heat the grill. Spread the turkey steaks with the garlic mixture (on both sides).
Bake the steaks, until they're done. Serve them with a garnish of your choice.
The turkey steaks with soy sauce are very tasty.
