How to make
Marinade the steaks with the soy sauce, black pepper and curry.
Chop the potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms into large pieces. Place them in a baking tray and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the turkey steaks on top.
Pour in the beer and cover with tin foil. Bake in the oven at 370°F (190 degrees) for around 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Finally remove the tin foil and grill the steaks, until they turn golden brown and crispy.
