How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes or strips. Mix the soy sauce, honey and rice vinegar in a glass or bowl.
Pour the olive oil in a wok and heat it up, then add the chopped onions and chicken fillet. Braise for about 5 min., then add the Chinese vegetable mix.
Braise them together for about 10 min., while stirring, and then start slowly pouring in the honey mixture you made earlier.
You can also add garlic (1 ground clove) if you'd like a garlicky aroma.
After you've added everything and the ingredients have been absorbed well after stirring, you can sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds or sunflowers seeds upon serving.
