How to make
Peel the potatoes, dice them and place them in the baking pan. Add the chopped broccoli, mushrooms, pepper and carrot.
Season the vegetables with salt, black pepper and oil.
Place the chicken between them. I used chicken drumsticks.
Place the dish in the oven and bake it for about an hour.
During this time, prepare the béchamel sauce.
To achieve this, heat the butter in a saucepan. Fry two spoons of flour in it until lightly golden. While stirring constantly over a low heat, pour the milk in a stream.
Stir continuously until the desired thickness is obtained. Finally, season with salt and grated nutmeg.
Pour the sauce over the baked chicken with potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place the baking pan back into the oven for another ten minutes.
