How to make
Boil the drumsticks and set the broth aside. Remove the skin and shred the meat.
Chop the broccoli into small pieces and blanch them for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.
Cut the carrots and peppers into strips.
Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chicken briefly. Add the peppers, broccoli and carrots.
Season with salt and black pepper and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Mix the soy sauce and fruit syrup and pour the mixture over the dish.
Reduce the heat and leave the dish to stew under a lid for another ~ 5 minutes.
Boil the rice in the separated chicken broth. Season with salt and black pepper.
Serve the chicken on top of the rice.
Sprinkle pomegranate grains on your chicken with vegetables, sweet sauce and pomegranate.
