  • rice - 1 cup

  • thyme - 1 tbsp.
  • oregano - 1 tbsp.
  • turmeric - 1 tbsp.
  • rosemary - 1 sprig
  • lemon - 1
  • pomegranate - 1
  • mustard - 3 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - to taste

How to make

The chicken fillet and pumpkin are cut into juliennes, they are salted and mixed with spices and butter.

Fry over low heat until ready.

Preparation of the rice:

The rice is washed several times with cold water.

It is then boiled in two glasses of salted water for about 15 minutes or until the water evaporates almost completely.

The pot with boiled rice is removed from the stove, add the juice from 1 lemon and cover with a cloth.

Preparation of the sauce:

The mustard and honey are mixed with pomegranate juice. Rosemary is also added.
