Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 2
  • peppers - 1 green + 1 red
  • rice - 2 cups
  • onions - 1 head
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • chicken broth - 1 cup
  • curry - 1 tbsp, spicy
  • raisins - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the fillets into cubes, salt them and fry until golden. Cut the onions into rings, the mushrooms - into pieces, then sauté in butter.

Dice the peppers. Cover the raisins in water and leave for 20 minutes. Add the mushrooms, onions, peppers and raisins to the meat.

Add the rice, pour in the broth and salt, sprinkle with black pepper, add curry, and stew, stirring and pouring in hot water until the rice is cooked.
