How to make
The onions are finely chopped and stewed in the corn oil.
After a short while of stirring, add the finely chopped garlic cloves.
Once they soften, add 3 tablespoons of ready-made curry paste.
Stir the mixture briefly, then add the mashed or grated tomatoes.
Season the curry sauce with salt and leave it to cook for about 20 minutes.
When it is ready, add the heavy cream and cook it for another 5 minutes.
The resulting chicken curry sauce is served with chicken and boiled rice.
