How to make
This marinade is for about 2.2 lb (1 kg) of chicken.
The meat is pounded and generously spread with oil and all the spices listed.
It is placed in a deep container and poured with milk.
Leave it for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
If you don't have milk, it works out just as well with ayran.
