Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • cream cheese - 4 tbsp. (josi classic)
  • white wine - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • orange juice - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • black pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • curry - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • water - 1/2 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Wash and cut the chicken fillet into steaks. Prepare the marinade by mixing the white wine, freshly squeezed orange juice, olive oil, black pepper, curry and a pinch of salt.

Stir and pour the resulting mixture over the meat. Leave it sit in it for about 2 hours. Arrange the steaks in a baking pan, add the marinade in which they were left and add about 1/2 cup of water.

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 40 minutes and then turn the steaks and bake them for another 30 minutes.

Remove the baking pan and spread cream cheese on each chicken steak. Place them back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.

Serve with stewed potatoes and a fresh salad, sprinkled with salt, lemon juice, olive oil and fresh dill.
