Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • for the marinade
  • onions - 1 onion
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • chili sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • ketchup - 5 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • white wine - 1/2 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Finely chop the onion and press the garlic. Add the remaining marinade products and mix well.

In the resulting mixture, marinate the chicken fillet for at least 12 hours and leave it in the refrigerator.

Strain it from the marinade and bake the chicken on a hot grill or ribbed pan until it's done.

Serve it with fresh salad according to the season.
