How to make
Wash the chicken fillet and cut it into small steaks.

Beat the egg in a bowl. In another one, pour the spices with the breadcrumbs. Mix them well.
Pour fat into a pan and heat it on the stove.
Dip the chicken pieces in the egg first, then roll them in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded chicken on both sides, until they acquire a nice golden color.
Strain excess fat onto kitchen paper.
