  • eggs - 3 pcs.

  • breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • starch - 2 tbsp.
  • curry - 1/4 tsp.
  • ground ginger - 1/4 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tbsp.
  • olive oil
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

Pound the schnitzels well with a hammer.

Mix the olive oil with paprika, salt, black pepper, ginger, curry and roll the veal schnitzels.
