How to make
Wash the zucchini well. Don't peel them. Cut them into round slices about 1/8 thick. It's OK if they're thicker than that.
In a large plastic bag, pour in the flour, oregano, black pepper and salt. Put the zucchini in it in several portions and shake very well so that the flour sticks to them.
Take them out and arrange them, overlapping, in a flat tray, covered with baking paper. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and pour a trickle of olive oil all over.
Bake at 360°F (180 °C) until nicely browned. Upon serving, sprinkle with chopped dill and dairy garlic topping if you like.
