  • veal minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • spring onions - 1 bunch
  • oat bran - 3 tbsp.
  • black pepper

How to make

In a large bowl, knead the minced meat with all the other products. I added them by eye, so the proportions are not exactly calculated.

You should get a thinner mixture than the one for meatballs, with the density of cake batter.

Grease a Teflon pan, heat it and spread it with a tablespoon of the mixture in the pan.

Bake the schnitzels on both sides, until they aquire a golden color.

Note: Another option is to either bake the schnitzels in the oven on baking paper or fry them.
