How to make
Grate the onion and garlic on a coarse grater, finely chop the parsley and soak the slices of bread in the milk.
Put the minced meat and the other spices in a bowl and knead a homogeneous mixture.
Divide the mixture into 8 shaped balls. Place a ball on a sheet of cling film, place another sheet of cling film on it and press it, until a flattened schnitzel is obtained (like a steak).
This way you alternate foil and a ball of minced meat, which you flatten into a schnitzel, one on top of the other. Finish off with cling film and place the pile of schnitzels in the freezer for 3 hours.
Heat a grill pan greased with a little oil, take the schnitzels out of the freezer, arrange them in the pan and bake them on both sides, until the desired color is obtained.
Enjoy the delicious schnitzels again and again with your favorite sauce or salad.
You can knead a double or triple dose of schnitzels, prepare and arrange them this way and place them in the freezer.
You can bake them frozen (without defrosting), for a quick dinner, sandwiches or burgers.
The uniquely delicious schnitzels are ready.
