How to make
Pour the flour with the salt, oil, whipped eggs, yeast, sugar and milk in a bowl.
If you don't have milk you can use water instead. Stir with a fork, then knead a soft dough.
Cover with a towel and leave it for 30 min. to rise. Roll out the ready dough to about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick.
Cut out circles with a cup, cut out a smaller circle in the middle, to get a donut shape.
Heat plenty of oil in a pan at moderate heat and fry until golden. Let me tell you, they're absolutely unique - the perfect breakfast!
