How to make
I washed, peeled and grated the zucchini, then salted them and left the excess water to separate for about 20 minutes.
I added the almond flour, the egg and the baking soda. I seasoned with freshly ground black pepper, salt, dill, dried oregano and two cloves of garlic (finely chopped).
Finally, I grated the yellow cheese on a grater and mixed everything well.
I prepared my tray and covered it with baking paper.
I shaped the zucchini schnitzels by hand, arranged them next to each other and baked them for about 25 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
Keep an eye on them and you will know from the pleasant aroma and delicious color, that they are ready.
