  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • oil (as much as it is needed)

How to make

Cut the pork leg into steaks and pound them well with a meat hammer. Season the pork steak with salt and black pepper.

Beat the eggs in a plate and pour the flour into another plate. Put butter in the pan to heat up.

Roll the meat first in flour, then in the eggs, then again in flour and then in the eggs.

Put the seasoned meat in warm oil in the pan. Fry the pork schnitzels on both sides, until they aquire a golden color.

Serve the dish while it's still warm. A potato salad will go well with the pan-fried pork schnitzel!
