How to make
Cut the meat into pork chunks and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and oregano.
Fry in heated oil, until they aquire a golden color.
Separately, heat butter in a pan, add the flour and mix with a wire whisk for a short while. Pour the chicken broth dissolved in warm water and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Put the meat in the sauce and season with chopped garlic cloves, lemon juice and as much salt as you like.
Cook over medium heat, until it thickens and remove from heat.
Serve the pork in sauce sprinkled with parsley.
