"Just a few min. on the stove is all you need to make unbelievably tender pork fillets for lunch!"

Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • salvia
  • thyme
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • lemons - 1
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
measures

How to make

Cut the pork tenderloin into separate, thin fillets.

Season them with the spices and leave them to marinate for 1 hour with the lemon juice and soy sauce.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the pork fillets for a few min. per side.

Gradually pour in the wine in the oil from the frying and deglaze the container. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Serve the pork fillets with the sauce.
