Rub the pork with salt and pepper. Top it with half of the wine and leave it for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork with its liquid evenly on all sides.
Add the remaining wine and simmer for about 20 minutes until the meat softens completely. Add the cream, stir and add spices to taste. Finally, mix with the sliced, smoked, processed cheese and remove from the heat 1 minute later.
