"This right here is the perfect 3 in 1 combo - steaks, processed cheese and pickles."

Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 6
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper
  • oregano
  • oil - 4 - 5 tbsp
  • mustard - 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • sour cream - for smearing
  • processed cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • pickles - 2 - 3
  • beer - 1/2 cup
measures

How to make

Wash the pork steaks well.

Combine the oil, soy sauce, mustard and oregano in a bowl.

Tenderize the steaks lightly with a wooden mallet and sprinkle on both sides with a little salt and black pepper. Smear them with the marinade, arrange them next to each other and leave for 1 hour in the fridge.

Arrange them next to each other in an oiled tray. Smear each one with sour cream, like a slice of toast. Cut the pickles into crescents or circles and arrange them on top. Cut the processed cheese into pieces and distribute over the steaks.

Carefully pour in 1/2 cup beer, cover with foil and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 50 min.

Remove the foil and bake to a nice golden color.

Tender and really tasty steaks.
