Put the honey with the beer in a bowl, stir and add the water to them. Pour this mixture into a baking pan.
Tenderize the pork steaks and season them with salt and black pepper. Add them to the marinade in the baking pan.
Put them in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 degrees) for about 30-40 minutes.
Once they are ready, take the steaks out and put them on a plate along with french fries for garnish.
