How to make
The spices are combined and mixed well. Roll the steaks in the spice mixture on both sides.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. The steaks are fried in the butter for about 7 minutes on each side.
When ready, set them aside. There should be about 3 tbsp. of melted butter left in the pan after the steaks, if not, add some.
Mix the flour with the basil and beef broth in a bowl. Pour it in the butter and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the milk, stir the sauce and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until it thickens.
The finished sauce is poured over the steaks.
The pork steaks with spices and milk are ready.
