"Take a look at these easy, tender and juicy steaks marinated in wine and pesto - they go perfectly with a glass of wine and your sweetheart."
- steaks - 3, pork, deboned
- white wine - 1 cup
- parsley pesto - 2 tbsp
- salt
- black pepper
measuresHow to make
Season the steaks with salt and black pepper. Smear them with parsley pesto on both sides.
Pour the white wine over them and leave them for 1 hour to take in the marinade.
Cook the marinated steaks on the grill.
Serve with lemon and a glass of wine.
