  • white wine - 1 cup

measures

How to make

Season the steaks with salt, black pepper, savory and leave them to take in the aromas. Heat the oil and braise the steaks on both sides until reddened.

Arrange a layer of steaks in a pressure cooker, put several peeled garlic cloves on top, 2-3 bay leaves, then steaks again and so on until out of ingredients.

Pour in white wine and water to cover the steaks. Boil 15 min. after boiling point. While they're boiling, heat up the oil in which you had braised the steaks and add the flour. Braise it.

Take the ready steaks out of the pot, add the broth to the flour and stir until thickened and it forms a sauce.

Add the jar of mushrooms and stir. Serve the steaks with the sauce poured over them.
