How to make
Tenderize the steaks very thinly and put some spices on them. Fry them until golden on both sides.
Remove them and in the same oil, briefly fry the sliced mushrooms and add the flour. Pour in 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) water, in which you have dissolved the broth cube ahead of time.
Put the steaks back in and leave them to simmer until the sauce thickens.
