Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 4 pcs.
  • for the marinade
  • pineapple juice - 1 cup
  • soy sauce - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • apple cider vinegar - 3 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • ginger powder - 1 pinch
  • cloves - 1 pinch
  • for the sauce
  • canned mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • cooking cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Mix all the spices for the marinade. Pound the steaks slightly and put them in the marinade.

Roll them nicely in it and leave them to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator.

Remove the steaks from the marinade, strain them well. Grill them or use a grill pan.

Stew the mushrooms in a little oil. Add the flour, then pour the rest of the marinade. Mix well and pour the cream.

Season with black pepper and salt and remove them from heat. If necessary, you can add a little water.

Garnish the steaks with the sauce and the grilled marinated vegetables.
