In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and place the pork ribs inside as well.
It is good if you leave them sit overnight, but they're also ready in a few hours. For example, I prepare them in the morning and bake them in the evening.
First, bake under foil for about an hour and then another 15 minutes, without the foil.
