"You know how it is - Pork Steaks without Mushrooms and Processed Cheese aren`t much of a dish at all."

Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • champignons - 5.5 oz (150 g) blanched
  • processed cheese - 3 triangles
  • tomatoes - 1
  • Marinade
  • white wine - 3/4 cup
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • garlic - 2 pinches, powdered
  • salt - to taste
measures

How to make

Mix the ingredients for the marinade in a deep bowl. Wash the steaks, drain them well, tenderize and soak in the marinade. Cover with foil and leave in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Then take the steaks out of the marinade, arrange in a suitable tray.

Wash the mushrooms and drain them. Cut them into small pieces and arrange them on top of the steaks.

Dice the processed cheese and also distribute them evenly on top. Pour on the remaining marinade.

Cover the tray with foil and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.

20 min. before they're ready, remove the foil, arrange the tomatoes (cut into crescents) and finish baking. Enjoy!
