How to make
Finely chop the garlic cloves and mix them with the squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, a little salt and black pepper.
Pour this marinade over the cut in advance pork ribs.
Stir well and rub them, in order to cover and flavor them well.
Refrigerate them for 2-3 hours in a tightly closed or covered with foil container.
Heat the grill and when the fire is smoldering, grease the grill with a piece of bacon and arrange the ribs.
Bake them, until they aquire an appetizing color on all sides and when you pull the grilled ribs away from the heat, season them with extra salt, since there is very little salt in the marinade, so that the meat doesn't dry out.
Serve and eat the warm garlic ribs with your favorite salad or potatoes!
