How to make
The beef steaks are pounded and seasoned with salt and black pepper. Beat the eggs in a wide bowl.
The steaks are first dipped in the beaten eggs, then rolled in breadcrumbs and fried in heated oil, until they aquire a golden brown color.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces and stew them in a suitable container.
The breaded steaks are served with a lemon slice and a side dish of steamed potatoes, generously sprinkled with dill.
