How to make
Mix the minced meat with the chopped mushrooms, add garlic, a little salt and pepper. Take a piece of thinned fillet. At one end, put some minced meat and roll it up.
Fry the rolls in a pan and sauté in white wine, gradually add the onions, chopped pickles and ham to the wine.
Finally, pour the cream sauce (made from the cooking cream, ketchup and spices) over the rolls.
