How to make

The linseed is grinded into flour. It becomes slightly moist, dense and brownish with a slightly intrusive aroma, which will disappear after baking.

The two flours are mixed with the baking powder, salt, sugar, milk and oil and kneaded into a smooth dough. Additional flour is added only until it stops sticking and becomes easy to roll out.

Form small rolls with filling of choice. They can be given the standard curved triangle shape or whatever you like.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) until golden brown. The baking time of the linseed rolls depends on the size you have made them.

These rolls won't rise given the linseed flour, but they become very crispy and nice.

I use them for company for various dips and spreads, as well as for snacking on at any time.

Tasty and healthy!
