Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 + 1 yolk for spreading
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp, extinguished in vinegar
  • flour - about 3.5 lb (1.5 kg) (as necessary)
  • jam - flavor by choice

How to make

Beat the eggs, add the sugar and beat again to whitening. Combine the remaining ingredients, mix again and gradually add the flour to fully thicken the dough for rolling.

After kneading the dough, divide it into 4 balls. One by one, roll them out, spread them with jam, roll them up. Arrange them on a tray of your preference - rectangular or circular.

Grease the tray, or use baking paper. Brush the tops with egg yolk and sprinkle granulated sugar. Bake in a strong oven at 390°F (200 °C).
