How to make
Peel and cut the pumpkin, then steam it for 10 to 15 min. and mash it.
Add the eggs which you've beaten into foam with the sugar, melted butter, milk, rum and finally - the corn flour.
Pour the mixture into a buttered oven dish. Bake for 30 min. in a moderate oven and serve the dessert warm.
