Ingredients

  • sour cream - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • oats - 12 tbsp.
  • pumpkin - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • sugar - 5 tbsp./ to taste
  • walnuts - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • chocolate balls - for decoration

How to make

The pumpkin is peeled and cleaned from the seeds. Cut it into small pieces and boil it until soft. Strain and place in a large bowl.

Sugar is added to it and it is blended. Leave it to cool.

Prepare suitable bowls. The sour cream is stirred so that it becomes fluffy.

Distribute evenly in the bowls. I used 6 smaller ones. Sprinkle evenly over the cream with 2 tbsp. oats.

The blended, cooled pumpkin is spread over them. Sprinkle with walnuts.

They add a finishing touch to the pumpkin cream dessert. Grated chocolate or chocolate balls can be added.

Leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
