In a saucepan filled with 2/3 water put the peeled and chopped products: pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and onions.
The hob is initially switched on at the highest level until the pot heats up and after about 10 minutes it is reduced to a medium setting.
Boil it under a lid for an hour without opening the lid, so that the soup can retain the aromas of all products.
Then add to the soup: a bunch of dill, salt, and ginger to taste, grated cheese, and butter.
Puree and leave for about 10 minutes on the stove.
