How to make
Put the roasted pumpkin in a bowl and mash it with a fork, add the pear cut into small pieces.

Let the mixture rest for half an hour for the oat bran and chia to absorb it.
Divide it into 12 silicone molds and bake the delicious muffins in an air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 20 minutes.
