Ingredients

  • egg whites - 10 pcs. (approximately one egg white is 35 g)
  • protein powder - 2 oz (56 g) chocolate flavor
  • oats - 4.5 oz (126 g) large
  • roasted pumpkin - 9 oz (250 g)
  • pear - 1.4 oz (38 g)
  • milk - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tбsp (10 g)
  • chia - 1.3 oz (36 g)
  • walnuts - 1.3 oz (36 g) crushed

How to make

Put the roasted pumpkin in a bowl and mash it with a fork, add the pear cut into small pieces.

Beat the egg whites until foamy and add them as well. I add all the products to the bowl and mix well.

Let the mixture rest for half an hour for the oat bran and chia to absorb it.

Divide it into 12 silicone molds and bake the delicious muffins in an air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 20 minutes.
