How to make
Preheat the oven to 370°F (190 °C). Coat the bottom of a round baking tin with oil. Arrange the pieces of peaches, peeled and cleaned from pips and cut into slices.
Top with lemon juice, cinnamon and grated nutmeg. In a bowl, beat flour and brown sugar. Pour the butter and oats in and knead the mixture with your fingers.
Crush the peaches intp dough with your fingers (with the crumbs). Bake into a golden crust. Serve this dessert warm.
