Ingredients

  • peaches - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • sugar
  • white wine - 2 cups
  • lemon zest
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • rum - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • vanilla - 2
  • gelatin - 4 packets

How to make

Cut the peeled peaches into crescents. Sprinkle them with sugar and arrange them in dessert cups.

Boil the water with the wine, sugar, lemon zest. Once slightly cooled, add the rum and soaked in water gelatin. Stir until dissolved.

Pour the mixture into the cups and put them in the fridge to set. When serving, you can decorate with whipped cream.
